Should I Create A JW Alter Ego?

  I guess if some guesses are correct, a few JW apologists who post here are nothing more then ex JW's pretending to be a JW straw man, allowing those in the know to tee off on the official JW line.

  I have no idea if thats true, and I doubt if anyone can say for certain.... Fun to speculate I guess.

  However, in that spirit, I would like to consider creating an alter ego, and am open to suggestions as to what to name my psuedo JW self.

  For example, posting under another name, I am willing to totally believe that JW's preached about 1914, even before they were called JW's!

  I am totally willing to buy that Beth Sarim was built for the resurrection of Noah, Abraham, and others, and not for Judge Rutherfords winter retreat, where he drank himself into a prophetic stupor.

  I am willing to defend 607 as the date of Jerusalems destruction without any evidence at all. I know that Leolaia, Mary, and others need target practice on occasion.

  I am totally willing to pretend that I see the "wisdom" of shunning, esp if you are a parent and your teenage kid makes a teenage mistake and the elders didn't quite see it that way....

  Hell, I would even be willing to troll a few serious threads, feign offense at how poorly ex JW's treat those still in, and act as if I am nothing more then a poor persecuted disciple.

  What should my avatar and screen name be? Am I single? A Bethelite? A former Bethelite? A former GB member? (which GB member would actually do this??)

  GROUND RULES FOR THIS THREAD!!! (please read)

  Have some fun. No attacking posters who are here. Thats my rule, respect it. I don't want this to get out of hand.

  On the other hand, satire is very cleansing. I need an alter ego! Give me some good personality traits that a disobediant JW who posts here would have as an online apologist.

  Lastly, don't attack anyone here. Ok? Look at the line, turn away from it, no matter how tempting...

  Now, help me with my JW alter ego! I know some of you need the practice beating up on "Christs brothers..."

  I would say you need to first get a picture off the net. In order to do that, you need to figure out what kind of a prick you are. Age, sex, then pick out a picture that feeds into your narcassistic ego.

  Were you DF'd then re-instated? I would think this would be a pre-requisite, as they tend to be extremely self-righteous. And let me assure you, you need to be self-righteous. Now you don't have to readily admit this on the forum - but it gives you a mindset as to how you should act.

  So far, I should be a JW who really screwed up, but came back after being Df'd, then got reinstated, and now, I am a MS, kissing ass to be an elder?

  I like this.... What was the sin? It'll add to the story...

  You see, Jeff, this should be your mindset behind the actual alter-ego. Admitting most of this stuff would be deadly - you would need to have this working on your self-righteous psyche, condeming people to hell whilst giving yourself a pharisitical valour, so to speak.

  The sin? Being a drunk would be good.

  Your name? Holdman... yukka, beelzebunk... whatever you want, really.

  What level of self-righteousness do you want? Screaming attacking idiot, passive-aggressive "nice"? Well educated, or pretending to be well-educated but really quite stupid in real life.

  So many questions...
