I think it is just tacky. He can't even have any peace in death. The media should be ashamed of themselves. This is low, even for them.

I think he is being intubated at the time of the photo. He is under medical care, though too late it seems. Not gruesome as many may think. He was likely dead at the time. My mom was intubated at least three different times and survived. It's possible the taker of the photo thought he would make it. Either way they doubtless were able to buy a new car or two with the money! W.Once
