It is not free and it is not for everyone.
There are certain hoops you must jump through.
Even then, it's no guarantee you will rank.
It's all conditional.

We're going to have to barrel ahead of that Almighty Lowlife Scumbag Jehovah and make it ourselves. And hopefully the parasite politicians (throughout the whole world) won't stop us--or the Washtowel Babble and Crap Slaveholdery seize the governments and create a second Dark Ages, forever promising to rescue us from themselves and never making good on that promise.
