Attended an FTX this weekend. Field Training eXercise. It was pretty cool.
We did 2 land navigation exercises, and I love doing land nav. The most fun land nav was the night time land nav. Pitch black dense forest. We blitzed it, overwhelmed it, and nailed it.
Even made it back to camp early enough to get an extra hour of shuteye.

Oh my! It seems that Georgia State Defense Force is about to go armed! Yes, part of this weekend's FTX wasn't all fun and games in the woods. Our new General is really shaking things up at Headquarters.
