I absolutely believe that all emotions can be useful if directed properly. Hatred of something like wife battery or cancer can lead you to take positive action against it.
That being said, it would be interesting to experience a hate-free life and compare. I do not believe such a thing is possible for an adult with all their faculties.

To me hatred would mean that i have concluded that a person, place, or thing is evil and wicked. The problem is I have been wrong as often as I have been right in my judgements. I guess i wouldn't wish to put myself in a position where I hated due to ignorance, self-righteousness, or a lack of forgetting and moving on with what is left. So, on my case hate carries with it too much responsibility. I'll pass ... if possible.

If there is nothing to hate, no problem.
However, as long as there is organized religion and people insistent on using it to affect me, or a God (regardless of what form He takes) insistent on adjusting my circumstances against me so all I have for "options" is celibacy, meeting just other men, supporting a religious cancer, and more celibacy, I will detest this religion and anyone that insists on dragging me into it.

WTWizard, I love your posts. Have you gotten laid yet? The built up frustration might rupture something.

Well, I've experienced that emotion for someone and it's not something I'd want again. A very ugly emotion that hurts you more than the other. It can be focused into something constructive though the price to pay is rather high. It takes a lot of energy, feeds on itself and is ultimately unheathly. But it taught me a few things about myself,...

Yes, I use hatred of life on the system as motivation to go to school and complete my degree.
