We just got hit here (just west of Toronto) with a wicked storm this afternoon as well. Storm sewers were not able to handle the water flow and in about 45 minutes we had a puddle in our work parking lot (big enough to hold about 70 vehicles) about 5-6 inches deep. That is a lot of water in a short period of time to make that happen.
But the sun is now shining (trying to maintain a positive approach today...)

Ditto was Uzzah just said. We just got hammered too.....first torential downpours, then the hail. Looks like it's trying to clear up now but I was just watching the news and we could get more before the night's over. The temperature went from 79F to 68F in less than 20 minutes.
And I just heard more thunder.
