I have faded away but the wife and kids still go. When I stopped others in the hall stepped up to help indoctrination the kids. Anything I say and tell the kids they don't want to listen too because of course its contrary to what their told at the lovely hall where their friends go. The religion does a great job in marginalizing those that disagree.

Im at a loss and not sure what to do anymore the kids are young which is good I suppose but so impressionable.  I don't know what to do anymore, I am trying to mention things outside the bible like ancient history and cities older then the bible says man has been here, but at their ages theres really no interest. They will also believe what a dumbass MS says over their father. Not sure what to do anymore its frustrating.

Don't worry there is only a 33% chance that they will stay in the religion. So the odds are in your favor.

High School has a way of making teenagers think for themselves. Just give it some time and you will be the parent they go to and listen to.

For now, try to get them into some activities that have them around "worldly" kids. It only takes them being around non JW kids a little, for them to see for themselves they make some pretty nice friends. I wish we would have done more of that for our kids when they were young.

Shower them in love and prove to them you are a decent person. Kids see through BS, let them see how good you are without the need of indoctrination.

Likely the KH is where they have their only "friends".  Hopefully they can find some quality associates in school, although that will be discouraged by their JW influences.

If they are good students, hopefully their counselors can encourage them to go to college vs pioneering (with your encouragement). They need some exposure to these kind of opportunities to know they exist.

Teach your kids how to think logically and critically, without bringing up the subject of religion or JWs.

School them in the psychologically manipulative tactics that manipulative deceivers and charlatans use. Raise their awareness of the need to listen to all sides of a story and do objective and independent research.

You could discuss with your kids things like dictatorial govt. regimes like North Korea who censor the information that comes into their country from the outside and feed the populace only the govt's version of what is true and right. Ask them why such regimes do that. Ask them why such regimes are afraid of critical information getting to the populace.

You can read for them a story called "The Emperor's New Clothes" and discuss with them what lessons can be learned from the story.

You have to basically empower your kids to learn how to think for themselves and see through the JW bs for what it really is - bs - by inoculating them against JW tactics without ever bringing up the subject of JWs.
