An article mentioned with the pakistani army carrying out an ofensive and us drones carrying out bombings,Al qaeda sems to be having less time to get potential recruits into shape. eg hose belgians who watched video on jihad and hought we go o pakistan to train,found their syriantrainers wanted them to fill in forms,then they did light training were very disappointed and returned home to be aresed and tries in belgium.
Al qaeda being on the run ,you can't really properbly train recruits.
