Can this approach help some win cases against them and make the WT more vulnerable to law suits? From poor treatment at bethel to mega bucks in wrongful death as in no blood transfusions and the list can go on and on,,but what if this approach could knock some wind out of the WT sails.

At least in the US there is no distinction. All organized religions need some sort of legal structure if they want to own property, collect money, deposit it in a bank etc. As far as I know they are almost all organzied as non-profit corporations.

I think this is a valid job for the CID of the IRS to tackle. Not only we have a tax evasion case, but if they can be proven a for-profit company, their other cases would start going down the toilet as well. They would be audited additionally for labor violations too numerous to count (including lying to get people to join Beth Hell). They would also get in trouble for suckering people into going out in field circus when they didn't feel well or needed to do other things "to get their time in".

If this were to happen in my lifetime, I'd die a happy man.
