I used to believe that the brothers that lead the Org were sincere seekers of truth. Sure they made mistakes but they were doing their best and I could trust them. Then I learned about fallacious argumentation and found that the WT was full of it... circular reasoning,straw man ,ad hominem etc. If they sincerely believe they have the truth...why the need to be so deceptive in supporting their doctrine?

I realise now that learning about fallacious arguments a few weeks before discovering that Jerusalem was NOT destroyed in 607 set up the perfect storm for my so called "faith".
