I would like to know what that verse is all about( I only have New World ).

Some Bible verses are considered to be spurious, later additions to the text not in the original manuscripts.
The NWT, along with many other translations, omits those texts, but leaves the verse number in there, to keep the verse numbering consistent with other Bible translations.
Keep in mind that for centuries, the Bible was copied by hand, and so it was relatively easy for errors, or even entire spurious verses, to creep into the text. This was particularly the case in the first few centuries of Christianity, when copying was done by [whoever happened to be around and was smart enough to know how to write at least fairly well], rather than by trained copyists.
A good introduction to this is the book "Misquoting Jesus", by Bart Ehrman.

As stated here by others, the concern isn't whether or not the verse is scripturally accurate or not, but whether or not the verse existed in the earliest extant manuscripts.

ACts 8:37 is an interesting choice to include OR Omit.
In Acts 8: 26 An Angel of the Lord tells Philip to on a desert road that goes from Jerusalem to gaza, there Philip meets a man reading the Hebrew Scripture, he is an ethiopian eunch.
He is reading the Book of Isaiah or perhaps a collection of some verses of Isaiah, Philps asks if the man understands what he is reading and the man answers that he doesn't because no one has explained it to him ( one assumes the meaning of Isaiah's words are unclear, not the writing).
Philip then proceeds to explain to the man that the passage he was reading, Isaiah 53:7-8 referes to Jesus and proceeds to tell the eunauch about Jesus, as they are traveling they come upon some water and the man askes (Rhetorical?) what is preventing him from being baptized ( Why shouldn't i?).
8:37 is used as the answer to that question in some passages, while others leave the question and answer "in the air".
The Man is baptized as they leave the water, Philp is transported away and the man goes one to spread the Gospel in Ehitopia ( One assumes).
As we can see by this event, it doesn't take much to be baptized, but what it does take, accoriding to the ommission of 8:37, is belief that jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Bible Question: Why is Acts 8:37 not in the most modern translations?
Bible Answer: Acts 8:37 reads as follows,And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” (NASB) Acts 8:37
This verse occurs in the middle of a section of scripture that describes the conversion of the Ethiopian eunuch. This verse has been either eliminated or retained with an explanation that the verse does not appear in the best ancient manuscripts.
The verse did not occur in the earliest and best manuscripts of the New Testament. The verse did not appear until about 500-600 A.D. in a manuscript now known as Codex Laudianus. This passage was apparently inserted by a scribe who wanted to explain why the Ethiopian eunuch was baptized. It is clear from the rest of scripture the eunuch was not saved by being baptized.
Scripture does not include every word that was spoken by a person or between people. It does not even try. If scripture did include everything the Bible would be either huge or contain many volumes. Listen to the apostle John,And there are also many other things which Jesus did, which if they were written in detail, I suppose that even the world itself would not contain the books which were written.
