Ok, so I got this fondue pot for Christmas (matches my lava lamp )

Now, I am looking for a site that has recipies for fondue (I want to cook meat in it using oil) dipping sauces.

If this post is too fluffy, just make sure that the site isn't approved by the governing body.

    Closer,
Haaaa.... meat fondue, delicious, and so much fun !
Everyone around the table cooking his/her meat in the same pot,
the delicious different sauces to dip it in...
Just be careful... don't use the fork that went into the hot oil to eat the meat ! You would burn your tongue and mouth and it is very painful!
    I must have receipes somewhere....

Ok, I just found a horseradish sauce (for tenderloin) on Williams-Sonoma.com oooooooooooooooh! it sounds so good!!

1 Tbs. freshly grated or prepared horseradish
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 cup sour cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
(I would add a few diced chives for color and taste!)

In a small bowl, whisk together the horseradish, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, sour cream, salt and black pepper until blended. Refrigerate the horseradish sauce until ready to serve.

    great sauce recipe: (imho)

mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise 50/50
or try your favorite B.B.Q sauce and mayo

    another thing I like:

cooking super-thin sliced meat in an onion broth, mix up a bunch of sauces and serve with baked potatoes (which are also great dipped in the sauces)

this is bringing on the appetite

    enjoy your fondue

I think I am going to make this for New Years. Just my hubby and me (peanut will be in bed) and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot

    Herbed Mustard Sauce

Chill 1/4 cup evaporated milk in freezer for 10 minutes. Combine 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar and 2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard in a blender. Pour in chilled milk. With blender on, add 1/2 cup oil in a slow, steady stream until well blended. Add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon, 1 finely chopped shallot, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Blend to combine.
