I posted an add under the "Free" section of a popular Internet Adv. website-
"Free 1984 Watchtower magazine" was the header-
the adv showed a picture of the front cover of the May 15th WT-
1914, the generation that will never pass away-
the adv said: This May 15th 1984 issue might change your life- free to anyone who is studying with Jehovah's Witnesses-
I have other Watchtower books all the way back to 1908.
I had two people respond before the Adv was flagged by a complainer- removal is automatic.
One lady was obviously studying, but I could tell she was not highly educated. She lived too far away to come over for the magazine-I attempted to enter into a discourse with her about blood transfusions. Her husband is also studying, so I gave her a link to a JW expose website, which she looked at. I have had two emails with her she keeps trying to get off the blood topic, but I won't budge. I told her that if their blood teaching is wrong then nothing else they teach matters- they have bloodguilt and will be punished by God for the deaths of innocent adults and children.
I have just posted a new Avd- based on the 1924 WT book , The Way to Paradise- their is a picture of me holding the book in my hand this time.
the adv says: I have a copy of this rare WT study book, The Way to Paradise- sells for over $100 on ebay- published in 1924 by the Watchtower Society- you are welcome to read this book or I will send you a link and you can download it online. This book is no longer under copyright protection, so don't flag this adv for bogus copyright violation.
A real gem of a book- it teaches that after 1925 undertakers will be out of business as people will have stopped dying and those who have died will be ressurected back to Earthly life. Hard to find WT history.
Let's see if this adv lasts more than 12 hours this time. I welcome any ideas for future adv's or comments
