Is your friend driving? One thing I saw done with crunchy peanut butter. You take a disposable diaper and place a bit of peanut butter in it like its been dirtied and then wad it up and set it down by the door to their car. Then you take more of the peanut butter and place it underneath the door pull to the car door so that when they put their fingers in it, well, you know what they think...

A safe joke? How about you put something of your friends in a safe and lock it.Then,tell the person you forgot the combination.Let the friend squirm awhile.Then,tell your friend you were just kidding.And then open up the safe and give it back.
