I would like to know about it because I miss my Mom's cooking, she does not live nearby.

US Mail? only cookies and the odd baked-item.

FedEx - now that's a different story. Seen lots of cooked goods sent overnight - especially in the winter time when it's cold and less likely to spoil.

My Mother passed away about 20 years ago. Yes I miss her cooking, but what I do have is her recieps folder with most of her recipts in it and I cook a lot of then myself. why don`t you ask her for her`s and cook them yourself. I will admit they may not taste the same.
