Tonight, Tracy and I met Venice and her parents for the first time, and had dinner. They were very nice people and we really enjoyed getting to know them.
We talked about a lot of things, one of which was doing an Apost-o-fest in Florida sometime.
Thanks to you Venice and folks for spending time with us!

Gopher, Venice and her parents made the long trip across Alligator Alley. Actually, they were on their way home from a trip, and very kindly took the time out and added a few miles to their driving to come to our little town and eat dinner with us. It was extremely nice! Moe, we had dinner at the same place we met you...we are going to start calling it the Devil's Hall They were really interesting people to talk to...and Venice is as fun in real life as she is on the board...and just as pretty as you think she is Slip. So, we need to come up with a good central location for a Florida Fest...any suggestions?

So glad to finally get to meet you too, too bad Dana was too sick to come ((((DANA GET BETTER)))). That place was fab, too bad we didn't have more time, but we did have to drive home.
Yes once a CERTAIN poster emails me back we'll be able to make some plans for our FL apostafest.

Well I'll just let you all know that Doug and Tracy are as cute and perky and funny as they are on the board, no dissapointments!!!!!

Aren't they great?? We always laugh a lot, and stay up too late. Fun folks, especially the very crazy, and gifted Venice!!
I love to tease her Dad. (he is SO serious, and Ven and her Mom are such crack ups) I knew him when he was a little boy, and I was just a bit older (4 years), and then we met again a year and a half ago. What a small world it is. Our Moms are both crazy and difficult too, and they are FRIENDS!! Yikes. We had no contact with each other for about 45 years, and then Voila!! Apostoland. Hahahahahaha. Sorry, that's Ven's line.
By the way, when I say our Moms are crazy, I mean that in the literal sense, not the "fun" kind of crazy.
