hi there, "highdose" wants to try to cut down the "highdose" shes on, i know i need to do this carefully and i wondered if there was anyone here who had ever done the same and could help please? I don't want to be on the pills any longer

If that is what you want, the best advice I think you can receive is to do this in conjunction with the doctors and mental health experts you have been working with. If they feel that you can cut back, they will be in the best position to help you.
