I went to leave for work this morning and got pretty upset when my neighbors car was litterally touching my car. Mind you there was no need for him to park this close. This is not his first time doing this. Can I can the police? Does anyone know if this is illegal?

How about a polite note on the windshield?
I did that to a neighbor in my condo area that was parking in my spot when I first moved here..I guess they were used to having my spot empty before I moved into the condo. I put a little polite note on his windshield and it never happened again.
If that doesn't work...try using a baseball bat on his headlights...lol

If that happens again, take pics each time, the more the merrier, if your neighbor still do not cooperate, you can call the Police to show the pics, it might help. It would help to have date and time stamps on the pics or video.
