Well, I shunned someone long time ago and now the same person is shunning me. I do not like it. How can I resolve this issue?

Maybe it's tit for tat! Did you try and approach this person? Or are they reacting to your shunning of them?

I am sorry that you dont like being shunned, but at least now you know what it feels like for the person you shunned!
Perhaps an apology to said person is in order? and a passage they may need reminding of; Romans 12:16-21.
