Dubs at Pizza Hut today. They didn't like my Santa Hat I suppose.

Lunch with my SIL. Our reserved table was right across from three tables of Jw's. Looks like our former hall is now mostly hispanic [when did this happen?], because the only ones I knew was one (&*&^%$ elder and his (*&^# wife.

They did a lot of staring at my hat, and I think it ruined their dinner. A better New Year Eve could not have been had.

I wore one the week of christmas at work. I work with an elder, that is a dept. head. He didn't treat me

any different, and he knows i'm df'd! He was laughing with us, when one of the guys was calling my granddaughter,

and another child, acting like santa. Any of the elders I used to know would go ballistic! Surprised me!

Well, if your Santa hat ruined their dinner, that's their problem. It's not like you are wearing something indecent or emitting noxious fumes that they cannot tolerate (as in smoking in the area adjacent to the non-smoking section). It's just a hat (at that, a common one this time of year).

I bet it didn't ruin the dinners of worldly children nearby.

    Jeff,

I would have told them that they can kiss my matching red ass.

I think there's a typo in this sentence. It should read, "I bet it didn't ruin the dinners of the children of sane and mentally competent parents nearby."

    Happy New Year!
