The kids are still asleep and I have a little peace to watch the parade. The dogs sliding snowboards was cute, especially the one that kept chewing on the board.

Another fine parade and another New Years Day with Chamber-of-Commerce clear blue skies! I liked the Boy Scout's 100th anniversary float, though I must admit to partiality having been part of that fine organization.
It's fun to see the parade in person. I did that twice when I was going to college in L.A. It's also the biggest New Year's Eve party on the west coast (but don't get caught with liquid celebration on the public sidewalk!).
