Illeism - The act of referring to oneself in the thrid person
I am alone, or do you find it really, really annoying when 'speakers' (talk givers) refer to themselves in the third person. e.g.
Say Brother Smith is giving the public talk and giving encouragement to do more, then he says:
"some may say, but Brother Smith that's pretty hard isn't it"
It really is boasting their self-importance. What do you think?
