We all know that the WTS doesn't let a Kool Aid issue of the WT get printed without at least one reference to the FDS and Matthew 24:45-47 but I'd never seen it quantified so I decided to do a simple search of "Matthew 24:45-47" on the CD ROM. Here are some results from recent years and issues (issue - # of occurances):
2009: 12/15-0, 11/15-4, 10/15-6, 9/15-4, 8/15-1, 7/15-3, 6/15-8, 5/15-7, 4/15-3, 3/15-3, 2/15-9, 1/15-3, for a total of 51 references in 12 issues. Only a few references to the scripture in the PR edition, in just a couple articles.
2008: 12/15-0, 11/15-1, 10/15-5, 9/15-1, 8/15-4, 7/15-0, 6/15-7, 5/15-3, 4/15-6, 3/15-3, 2/15-1, 1/15-9, for a total of 40 references in 12 issues. There are no references to these verses in the PR edition for the entire year.
2007 and earlier had Kool Aid articles and PR articles in the same magazine so I'll only list some annual totals without breaking them down. It is safe to assume that the vast majority of references are in Kool Aid articles and not PR articles.
2007: 39
2006: 42
2005: 31
2004: 43
2003: 40
2002: 48
2001: 50
2000: 44
Looking back over the decades, I realize just how blind I was. This control tactic has been used consistently throughout the entire time period the CD-ROM covers. All the way back to 1950. How I didn't see it until recently is a testament to the power and success of the WTS's mind control methods. God, I think I'm gonna puke.
