I thought that I saw (and posted) on a topic recently re a Will which was witnessed by an accounts servant somewhere - and the Will left everything to the Cong?

I believe the naming of the supposed/alleged fraudster was possibly libellous.
Xbro was the poster thereof if I remember, he may tell us what happened, but I think it was some years ago, might be out of time , over 6 yrs ?
