I've noticed alot of jw "catch phrases". One that comes to mind is "Jehovah's perfect organization" and "imperfect men".
If you accept the definition of oganization as "a group of people joining together for a common goal", then how can a group of imperfect men make up a perfect organization? Is the organization somehow separate from the people in it? Without the people, what exactly is the org.?

Right now I am feeling rather SMART so I will give you my answer:)
I believe an orginazation is ~ A group of men in a board room deciding which way the "investment should turn"
I also believe the"little" people in the organization are~ The people who smile at the joy of the offered outcome blindly following!
So basically if both dont communicate the truth then everyone is HAPPY:)~

I don't remember ever hearing or reading that one.
Jehovah's earthly organization.
Jehovah's only channel to mankind.
Can you find where you've read that, Thinker? Like has been brought out, an earthly organization of men - by very definition - could not be perfect. I don't think the WTBTS has referred to themselves as such, but I've been wrong before. Ask Red - she'll be glad to point 'em out.
If the WTBTS referred to themselves as "Jehovah's Perfect Organization," they'd be leaving themselves wide open - and whatever else they may be - they're good with words and evading the consequences of words.
