I have not heard much about taking vitamins, minerals, or herbs from the Washtowels. They are generally not against it, as long as one is not pushing them or recommending them for others--a recommendation could get around the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger. I have seen a couple of witlesses selling supplements--one called KM, which did precisely nothing but waste $25.

I recommend the amino acid supplement L-Arginine. (for real)
If you look it up and research it....it's got some good benefits.
