  I have the first question:

  HOW DO YOU IMBED A HYPERLINK here on a post?

  I've tried and all I get is black text instead of that lovely bluetext you can click on.

  I need an answer and you need to ask a question.

  First, type in the phrase you want to be linked, highlight it, then click on the chain link located below the "Font family" drop down menu. Then paste the url.
