poll, should the gravatars be scrapped?

They should be left in as an option. However, it should be made easier to upload one's own avatar if one so desires, or to have no avatar if one doesn't feel like having one. It is acceptable to have a few of these "gravtars"--but, when the majority of the posts have them, it makes it look artificial.
As for me, I intend to leave mine exactly as it is until it becomes easier to change it (and then only if I feel like changing it).

NO! Love the gravatars!!! And it makes it easier to search for a person if you're scanning through a thread. Also, they are funny, especially the little penii.

I'd really like the option to upload my own avatar and edit my bio at some point. I kind of feel like just a screen name with no identity here...
