Hi...as a new one to all of this, please bear with me. First of all,
thanks to all the poeple for good direction on my 1st post concerning
child abuse. My question regarding the UN is this,the NGO people state..."NGOs have no status and are not part of the UN".
What am I missing here? If they are not part of the UN then what is the problem? This isnt a "bogus" question...I am just trying to sort all this out. I have found so much info that its hard to digest it all

Hi J,
As I understand it, NGO's though not part of the UN, are affiliated with the UN through the DPI arm of the UN. Additionally, in order to have NGO status, the applicant must agree to uphold and promote the ideals and interests of the UN. This is what makes the WTBTS so hypocritical, considering what's contained in WTS publications concerning the UN
