No. There is no single pill that will have such a profound impact on aging. Aging is a very complex molecular process. There are numerous targets. Any kind of life extension/regenerative therapy is going to have to hit them all. Telomere extension. Gene silencing. Tissue regeneration. And so on.
We are going to get there, but it won't be a magic elixir. We don't get old and die from one thing. It is many things.
