Probably through a USB cord. or if you have the slot for the memory card of the camera.

Read the manual
We can't help you without any info on what model camera it is, or what cards your computers can read.
It might be easiest to get it put on a flash drive at a local shop.

get another picture taken by someone who confirms upfront their camera is compatible with an email :-)

The reason some pictures can not be transfered through E-mail is mostly because of their size mgbs.
there is a down sizing program within MS. Outlook that will compress the file down so that it can be transfered,
but you lose resolution and clarity when you do, even if it is a successful transfer.
Most modern cameras have a USB outlet that you can transfer files to you computer, its just a matter of hooking
the two together and waiting for the computer to recognize the camera which will be identified, open up the picture folder
that the computer finds and select the picture that you want and then its just a matter of copy and paste to wherever you want it.
