I assume you're talking about India. This is the first I've heard of it and I would certainly like to know if it's true. A little outside my orbit though. Anyone know anyone in India?

Went over and read Roy - at end of long page. This is the first I've heard also. Perhaps h20 isn't jumping the gun before confirmation, not that we posters have done things like that before....
