How many times has the WTS changed the "Generation" thing?

I think that everyone probably knows it, since the answer of that question was shown in this forum many times.
Probably, since that subject was treated many times, you may be what cannot find them easily.
Or although you may know it well, perhaps you dared to ask a question for making subject.

I think it good that we take up this subject many times, IMO.
Because that is a stupid teaching/doctrine.
This is the insult to us (ex-JWs) who have believed the 1914 generation sincerely.
First, it is strange/wrong that the Governing Body does not believe this doctrine.

I do wonder if there were many other interpretations made between 1927 and 1951 that we don't know about yet; might be worth a search to see if other references abided by the 1927 understanding.

Good post, possible-san. That chart is an embarrassment to any JW. I plan to print it off and show it to my Dad. I'd like to say "So if I understand this correctly, for the last 24 years you've been preaching falsehoods about the definition of 'this Generation'. How do you feel about that?"

Leolaia, good point. There could be more flip-flops/changes. The JW material in my parent's home starts around 1960. I'd have to take a closer look to see if there is anything before then but I doubt it.
