From what I've heard, as long as you're talking to an upbaptized publisher flea, you may in fact, count your 15 minutes of time.
This would keep you qualified as a regular publisher, as long as you report your 15 minutes to you Book Study conductor.
Any other use has not been sanctioned by the Magnificent Twelve.
