I am writing an article on Quirinius' census so as to prove that it could not be carried out during Herod's life. All is ok, however, I can't prove to my readers if this coin belongs to Judaea. The coin says "KAICAPOC", which means "of Caesar". So, this seems to mean that it belongs to a territory that was recently annexed to Rome ?. Judaea may be, of course. And what is clear is that it belongs to the year 6 AD, because it appears the number 36 in greek letters, which is the number of years after the battle of Actium. Ok, but how do I know that it belongs to Judaea?, due to the palm tree?....any thoughts?
