You cannot because Simon doesn't care for this forum.
He only gets money from GoogleADS, and gives nothing to make something on this forum work.
In fact, there are very rare actions that you can perform here.
You can login and logout, and make view wide with the right button under your name in upper-right corner (or upper-left if you are in monitor, and you are as I see. And then it is the left button).
Everything else is only symbolically.

And I forgot to mention - you can be banned if you argue about that.
But you cannot change your avatar on this forum.
