Actually I was thinking of a JW network like JWN.
1999 was the year (or was it 1998?) that Watchtower edicted that all proliferating/flourishing pro-JW sites close and concentrate on traditional ways and watchtower.org only.
It may be a website that has "witness" phrase. It had a preaching bag logo in its banner page. -
