Marvin, is this to show that the "blood fractions" thing is just another exampel of WT BS and that if Blod fractions are OK, then WHole blood should be ok too?

Since water is the major component of plasma, why does the WTS consider it a minor fraction? Maybe because who would abstain from the use of water. Hence why also condemn plasma.
