    Probably, in that Lyrics, a correct answer may be this, IMO.
    "When I believe myself, then, everything and anything can happen"

    Well, If I translate that Japanese, English is...

    I was just thinking that the idea of believing everything was too vague and therefore was meaningless. sometimes it seems translating across languages is difficult to express properly.

    The song feels plaintive in a beautiful way.

    maybe she feels she must be confident in herself her abilities, choices or maybe the future and than life will open up and take her where she needs to go?
