Would anyone have any backgroud information to his claims of 607 BCE?
Books he wrote about this?

I don't have any links for you, sorry, but from what I read (a year or so ago) it seems that he speaks in the same sort of circles that the Borg does and that his "evidence" for 607 is really little more than bashing the evidence for 587/6 and therefore presuming that if 587 could be wrong, then 607 could just as well be right.
I hope someone can help you out with some good links and book recommendations.
