I am worried about my df'd friend, see my previous thread. He is a good guy. He has TONS of friends. He has 1,000 friends on FB. I guess he got carried away. I would like him to tell me what the hell is going on.

I took 2 Simply Sleep sleeping pills just now.

Sorry about your friend. I hope things work out. Two sleeping pills?? Have a good sleep. Hope it's better for you in the morning!
BTW - there are other methods to help you sleep and destress . You know . . . warm milk and such.
