From memory, just a brief sentence at the end of the meeting that states something like:
"Brother [Surname] has been reinstated into the Christian congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses".
Given that the reinstatement has been sanctioned by the local body of elders (who are in communication with the Branch Office), seldom, if ever, is anything else said.
Honesty

"Brother [Surname] has been reinstated into the cult of Jehovah's Witnesses".
Oh wait.
"Brother [Surname] has been reinstated into the Christian congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses".
