Hi,
This is probably a really stupid question. When I was in the org. there was a huge rumor circulating that there is a sign that says "No JW's allowed" in the viewing room of the U.N.
There is probably no truth to this but every so often I hear it. Does anyone know anything about this or has anyone heard the same thing??
I have never heard of this rumor. I doubt there is any truth to it.

Snowflake, I have not heard of anything like this and I know that JWs can work at the UN in certain jobs.

No sign but.....
The Society would tell Gilead students and other types to be discreet
when visiting the U.N. They didn't want zealous Witlesses telling
U.N. tour guides about how Satan -inspired the whole thing
is - after all many of the folks who work there believe in what
they're doing for world peace.

Cant say i have ever heard this one.
When we went to NewYork on a Society charter trip once, we all went around the U N, and took the full tour with no frowns from the Org.
