How the heck do I change my pic that this site gave me and update my location? Thanks :)

Hello everyone :) I am brand new at this site and very excited to meet everyone :) Although I would like to change the picture and my personal info (that everyone sees) but I cannot figure it out. Any suggestions? Thank you so much.

I am a newb, and very technology challenged...I had my computer techie friend make the picture thing happen.
Something about...Gravatar website...good luck ...I watched him punch a bunch of buttons...and tipped him 20 bucks.
