Do Jehovah Witnesses Have a Programs For "Reclamation Projects"

  With the new Bible School for Single Brothers and Bible School for Christain Couples . Do the Witnesses have a program to turn people who been disfellowship or repoved multiple times into Elders or Ministerial Servants? In my time as a Witness it seems that you need a "sponsor" to give the blessing to move up in the organization.

  I was always wondered why do they help the people who are "spirituality" on top move up further in organization, and the ones on the bottom they don't get anything? I'm sure if they had a program like the one I mentioned in my first paragraph they would keep some members.

  If by Spritual you mean how much time you report - there is really nothing to give practical help to help people get time in. They have even got rid of Pioneer assist.

  I mean like they give you special training or give you a mentor; not a person who just helps you put more time in.

  They don't even CALL disfellowshipped people like they're supposed to....how can they have some kind of program to help people that have multiple "offenses"?? They're just bird food to them.

  This is actually a merciful thing that they do... let the df'd ones know in no uncertain terms that their "love" was feigned in typical Pharisee fashion, and they JUST DON'T GIVE A SHIT. That way they can get over it and move on more quickly, knowing that God has nothing whatsoever to do with this mind-control propaganda publishing company.

  I thought you meant something like this. With all the crap they produce they need one.

  They always tell "weak ones" the same thing. Read more Watchtower publication and get out their and knock on some doors. That pretty much sums up the Watchtower's idea of spirituality.

  I bumped this thread up because with all the male shortages going around in the congregations . How come they can't start a program to make " good for nothing men into M.S's and Elders ? I mean they can't play this congregation ''favorite game'' anymore .

  Like Prodigal said they don't even call or rehabilitate Disfellowshipped persons. Nathan Knorr was all about 'Churning' membership, get new ones to replace the slackers and complainers. They don't look back.
