I beleive the drink you are describing here (water & cyanide) is actually a "Society Shooter" a.k.a. "Brooklyn Ball Breaker" or "Governing Body Spritzer"Apostate Cocktail, OTOH, in its purest form, contains only liberal quantities of quotes from Jehovah's Witness literature. Nothing else is needed, as the quotes are strong enough on their own to cause deliterious effects. Although some will add other ingredients (like a dose of comparitive review and a splash of logical conclusion) these are not necessary when mixing an Apostate Cocktail.
