Not doing enough for the Organization ? you got company.

  In the reasoning book on the bottom of page 208 the question asks:

  Why is it important to get to know both Jesus and his Father?

  In Acts 1:8 Jesus states that " when the holy spirit arrives upon you, and you will become witnesses of me....."

  In the Reasoning Book it states that you should get to know both, that's why JW's preach about Jehovah.

  So with that said, Even though Jehovah had no problem in what Jesus stated, By asking this question, Jehovah Witnesses think he did not go

  far enough in what he stated. So, instead of taking heed at pauls warning in Galatians 1:8, they went beyond what paul said what was revealed

  to him. If what Jesus stated was fine with his father, how come it ain't fine with the JW's. Are they sayin' Jesus didn't say enough

  by saying be witnesses only of him?

  Jesus is the image of his father, you get to know Jesus, how can you not know the Father?

  The focus isn't really on the Father or the Son or the Holy Spirit.

  It's on the "spirit directed faithful and discreet slave organization."

  The organization deals with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for you.

  You deal with the organization.

  Reading the NT out of a non-JW translation has been really eye opening. There's an immense focus on Christ and his role, in a way I never saw as a "sister"

  read the Bible with a NWT, a non-JW trans, and Strong's; it's unbelievable how they've manipulated some verses!

  on a related point:

  Jehovah is one of the names of God, it means "I AM" ... I know I've read a verse where Jesus calls himself "I AM" or something along those lines... somebody help me out here.
