Thanks for providing this, Kent. But I do think your comment Notice in the guide Page 3 par 14, they say "No Lawyers are necessary" is misleading.
Anyone who cares to read it is aware that it immediately adds "But feel free to consult with anyone who might be able to help, including an elder, a lawyer, or a doctor." It is quite clear the guide is not discouraging legal consultation but simply saying it is not essential.
