I could do a search in TLG but that will only give me sources extant in Greek. (Much of Irenaeus is extant only in Latin and Armenian)

BTW the LXX version has different wording than the MT.

I cannot find any NT writer directly quoting Isa 9:6, but someone could enlighten me in that regard.

I'm pretty sure there are no formal quotations of the passage in the NT. Only a portion of the messianic testimonia were quoted directly in the NT; allusions of other passages abound which turn up in fuller quotation in the early fathers.
BTW, there is a pre-Christian allusion to the passage in 1QH.

None of the New Testament writers applied Isaiah 9:6 to Jesus, because, writing in Greek, they usually quoted Hebrew Scripture verses from the Greek Septuagint, and the Greek Septuagint does not have the part about 'his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace.'
Rather, the LXX (Septuagint) refers to the coming Messiah as the 'Angel (or, Messenger) of Great Counsel':
κα? καλε?ται τ? ?νομα α?το? μεγ?λης βουλ?ς ?γγελος
Transliterated, kai kaleitai to onoma autou megalhs boulhs aggelos.
Any early church fathers who used the LXX would have quoted it in that manner.
