Preaching to the Converted?

I'm new to this site so perhaps someone will enlighten me please. Is this a site for ex JW's 'high-fiving' each other or do JW's come on trying make converts or what? Thanks folks

As you know, the WBTS is opposed to their membership taking part in any online discussions, about faith/religion or any other topic.
